BIOGRAPHY

Kayleen is a credentialed Certified Paralegal and California Advanced Specialist, with over 30 years of experience in the legal field in the areas of probate, trust administration, business organizations, business transactions, real estate, and advisory law. Prior to joining Guerrero Mears, Kayleen’s previous legal experience was with Kern County Counsel, Clifford & Brown, and Klein, DeNatale, Goldner, Cooper, Rosenlieb & Kimball, LLP.

Kayleen assists the firm’s clients with entity formations, estate planning, business and real estate transactions, and corporate governance and maintenance matters. Kayleen communicates with clients, various agencies, and business professionals to assist our clients with completing transactions.

Kayleen is a Bakersfield native and graduated from Bakersfield College. Kayleen is a long-time active member of the Kern County Paralegal Association, having served on its board of directors and as president, vice president, secretary, membership chair, and newsletter editor.
