Estate Planning
In addition to preparing your will, trust, and other estate planning documents, we will structure your estate plan to accomplish your business, tax, and planning objectives. We are able to assist with the preparation of simple estate plans using wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as implement planning for large and complex estates to address tax and family succession issues, through the use of family investment entities, life insurance and irrevocable trusts, buy-sell agreements, dynasty trusts, gifting, and other estate planning techniques.
